This optical slave will work with most flash units that accomodate a miniphone plug (3.5 mm) at the sync port (or a connecting cord must be used), but it will NOT work with the Canon EX flash units.
This optical slave works with most flash units that accept a miniphone plug (3.5 mm) sync connector and Canon EX flash units with a miniphone hotshoe adapter.
